THE CHALLENGE

Establishing a brand presence from the ground up

detail. is an Amsterdam-based construction company known for its high-end finishes, precision, and transparent project management. At the time of engagement, the company had no established brand presence: no logo, website, or marketing materials. Our challenge was to develop a complete identity and go-to-market strategy that would resonate across their diverse audiences: B2C homeowners, B2B developers, and House Owner Associations (VVEs).

THE SOLUTION

A full-funnel build: from branding to launch

With full creative ownership, our cross-functional team of nine developed a complete brand ecosystem. We started by defining the brand positioning and visual identity, built on the company’s core values: detail-oriented craftsmanship, premium execution, and full project transparency.

Deliverables included:

  • A full branding proposition: logo, colour palette, typography, icons, and stationery
  • Website strategy, copy, design, and build using Webflow, featuring modern, interactive elements and expandable content blocks to reduce visual clutter
  • A tailored social media strategy with 12 launch posts, focused on awareness and education: who they are, what they do, and how they do it

Throughout, we ensured seamless collaboration across branding, design, development, marketing, and client communications. The project progressed smoothly, with the client trusting the team to lead and provide direction.

THE RESULT

Stronger digital visibility and a distinctive brand launch

Following the website launch and initial social media rollout in December 2023, the site experienced a significant increase in traffic, tripling the number of users compared to the 11 months prior. The brand now has a cohesive and elevated presence that reflects their values and sets them apart in a competitive industry.

IN REFLECTION

This project was particularly enjoyable to deliver. Working from a clean slate allowed us to fully apply our team’s strengths—strategy, creativity, and execution—without being restricted by a tight brief or legacy materials. With the client’s trust and timely feedback, we were able to move efficiently across disciplines. From branding to website to social media, the process was as satisfying as the outcome.
